Welcome to the Summerside Montessori Children's Studio Enrollment Page

Only families who have officially been offered a space in our program should complete the process outlined below.

Step 1:

Please carefully read, review, complete and sign the Enrollment Agreement.

Step 2:

Please complete the Child Information Enrollment Form. Please ensure you complete all areas on the form as this form will help guide our work with your child and will be used to support your child in the case of medical or other emergency.

Step 3:

Please read and review our Parent Handbook to become familiar with our program policies and procedures.

Step 4:

Please read and sign the Parent Acknowledgement of Receipt of Parent Handbook Form.

Step 5:

Submit Required Fees and Deposit. To secure your child’s space in the program, all required non-refundable payments must be submitted promptly upon acceptance. This includes:

A one-time $175 Enrollment Fee

A $175 Montessori Equipment & Supply Contribution Fee

A Non-Refundable Deposit equal to one month’s tuition (based on your selected program)

All payments must be made via Interac e-Transfer to: SummersideMontessori@gmail.com

Please include your child’s full name in the message field of the transfer. No password is required, as our account is set to auto-deposit.

Enrollment is only finalized once all payments and documents are received. Delays in payment may result in your child’s space being offered to another family.

Step 6: 

Submit Completed Documents

All required enrollment documents must be fully completed and submitted before your child’s first day. You may either:

  • Scan and email the completed documents to SummersideMontessori@gmail.com in advance,
    but you must also bring the original, signed hard copies on or before your child’s first day,
    OR

  • Bring all original completed documents directly to:

Summerside Montessori Children’s Studio
22 Water Street, Summerside, PEI

Please note: No child may begin attending Summerside Montessori Children’s Studio until all documentation and all payments have been received in full.

Step 7:

Receive Confirmation of Approved Enrollment

Once all required documents and payments have been received, we will send you a Confirmation of Approved Enrollment by email. This confirmation will include:

  • Your child’s official start date

  • Any details regarding gradual entry (if applicable)

  • A reminder of what to bring on your child’s first day
