Parents camp for preschool places in Richmond

Around two dozen parents are camping outside a Richmond community
centre this week in order to register their children for preschool.
There are only 60 spots up for grabs in the program for two- and three-year-olds at the Steveston Community Centre.
Registration opens on Saturday, April 25, but some parents have been there for several days already.
