This is more than a little scary

I noticed Rob's posting on people in California being paid with IOU's by the government.  This is more than a little scary.  As is also Rob's post about the fact that 14 states have run out of unemployment insurance. What does this mean for families and children?  No matter how you look at it things are not looking very promising right now in many parts of the United States.  It is so very sad and truly disturbing to see this happening.
