Why No Set Price?
Jane has been working in the field of Early Learning & Care in Canada for more than 25 years. She is passionate about developing empowered, skilled and capable educators. She understands the challenges that ECEs face and wants to ensure that everyone has access to opportunities to develop their leadership voice, skills and strengths. She wants to help recruit, retain and grow educators who can make a true difference for children and families.
Leadership and Mentoring Conversations are one small way that Jane can “give back” to a field she is passionate about.
What is the Payment Process?
You Book & Pay an Initial Booking Payment to Secure Your Conversation Date & Time – You will review the booking calendar and then you will select a date/time that want to have the conversation. Then you will need to make an Initial Booking Payment to hold your spot. It’s a little like purchasing an an online ticket for a show – you select the date, pay and a seat is set aside for you. The amount you pay is totally up to you – whatever you think is a respectable amount and that you can afford. There are no set expectations as to how much you should pay to hold your spot.
You Make an Optional Top Up After Conversation Payment Later – Once your conversation with Jane is complete, you will be emailed a link for Optional Top Up After Conversation Payment. This is your opportunity to add something the the Initial Booking Payment that you made. You are under no obligation to make an additional payment; however sometimes people appreciate the opportunity to top up the payment if they felt it to be of great value.
What Happens If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
- Cancellations or Rescheduling With More Than 24 Hours Notice – If you provide Jane with more than 24 hours notice, she will work with you to rebook your conversation time to a mutually agreed upon time. Refunds are not offered for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations With Less Than Less Than 24 Hours Notice – If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your Initial Booking Payment and lose the time you had booked. In certain circumstances, Jane may make an exception and allow you to reschedule to another mutually agreeable time. Refunds are not offered for cancellations or rescheduling.
