Special Meeting – Board of School Trustees

The School Board of
the Eastern School District will be holding a Special Meeting on Friday,
May 29, 2009, beginning at 7 p.m. at Morell Regional High School, 100
Little Flower Avenue, Morell, PEI.  At this meeting, the School Board
will be making decisions, pursuant to s.7 of the

School
Closure Regulations,
on whether to permanently close each of the following schools and 
transfer the students enrolled in such schools to other schools in the
District:

• Eastern
  Kings Consolidated School
• Fortune
  Consolidated School
• Rollo Bay
  Consolidated School
• St. Peter’s
  Consolidated School
• St.
  Teresa’s Consolidated School
• Tracadie
  Cross Consolidated School
• Dundas
  Consolidated School
• Georgetown
  Elementary School
• Grand
  Tracadie Elementary School
• Parkdale
  Elementary School
• St. Jean
  Elementary School
