Back Together for a Special #BusinessJazz

This morning I was delighted to hear my good friends @RogerOverall & @Omaniblog back together for a special edition of #BusinessJazz.  You may recall that for a while I filled in while @Omaniblog was away from podcasting.  It was simply wonderful to hear them back at it and I hope that there will be more episodes to come with the two of them chatting just as they used to! And of course @mcfontaine did his usual amazing job of pulling the audio together to sound simply grand.

Those three simple words are an amazing guide – in life and in business.  If you focus on building connections, having conversations and creating collaborations; you will go far.
People really matter a lot.  Take the time to get to know and love them. All over the world. We can always accomplish more when we play together.  Surround yourself with the people who "get" you for who YOU are.  Build connections with them.  Have conversations.  Lots and lots of conversations.  Create collaborations – informally and formally.  Have fun. Do good. Create.
Practice connection, conversation and collaboration (with lots of generosity mixed in) and everything in your life will simply begin to thrive.
