Last month I wrote a post about reading the newly published book The Impact Equation which was written by Chris Brogan and Julien Smith.  It pretty much goes without saying that I loved the book.  It is full of amazing ideas, concepts and strategies.  Chris & Julien are masters at writing brilliant words that make basic sense.  That’s not to say that the book is basic – but to say the way they present the concepts makes it easy to follow, down to earth and reader friendly.

Suffice to say, there are tons of people who are in love with the book already.  Lots of us are talking about it and already exchanging experiences related to it.  In a recent conversation between my friends Nick Kellet and Paul O’Mahony, the idea of a crowd sourced audio reading of the book came up.  Next thing you know, Nick was connecting with me to see if I would join in.  Paul started a list on List.ly and before you know it more and more people decided to jump on board.  So there you have it….a whole bunch of us are going to take turns reading The Impact Equation out loud for others to hear.  Now how cool is that?  It seems to me that it’s actually pretty amazing.
